I can only imagine what would happen if someone put such a tracking device on my bike.
Already, there are GPS tracking devices on buses, most notably San Francisco MUNI, some AC Transit, and the Emeryville-Go-Round. This is done to inform passengers on the time the next bus will arrive. When I was about 4 years old, I would definitely have needed something like this, as I was hyperactive.
