Dr. Cole demonstrates an extreme liberal bias when he states as a fact, "But when it comes to drug crimes, which constitute a large portion of the criminal caseload in the United States, discrimination is undisputed." As a member of Federal Law Enforcement for 19 years I have never witnessed nor heard of any person I worked with in over 15 states use race as a factor in their investigation or enforcement of the drug laws. I request that the statement be corrected as it is an obvious broadside on those who risk their lives daily to protect the public.
