Many times I read articles, and I get the
feeling they are always more advanced then
they want us to believe.
I don't believe their only intention is to
"heat small, well-defined volumes of ionosphere".
I believe their intention is to heat a vastly
larger defined volume and to affect different
layers of the atmosphere.
I firmly believe they already have more
understanding of the belts and how to control them. I don't think wireless communications
is the extent they are looking to control. I
believe it has more to do with the ability
to create a new renewable energy source in
our atmosphere. The future source of all
our appliances and homes energy source
is wireless energy (off grid). My instincts
tell me they have developed Tesla's patents
of free energy.
They have another program called
Wireless Network after Next (WNAN) which they
have incorporated into another program of WAND.
In the pdf., it states EVERY TREE A CELL
TOWER (n buildings of which would be our homes
too). These are our real trees, not some cell tower made to look like a fake tree.

Words can be deceiving. Many words have
many definitions. But when you use the word
infrastructure in that defintion, it leans
what they are defining into a different realm
US Military Dictionary: infrastructure
n. the basic physical and organizational structures and facilities
(e.g., buildings, roads, and power supplies) needed for the operation
of a society or enterprise

My layperson's instinct's tell me they are
doing more with HAARP and what they are recording in the middle orbit then they want
us to know.

With all those thousands of chemtrails they
have been laying down in the atmosphere,
somehow they have to be connected to something
of this kind of experiment.

Bottom line is they don't always do experiments and tests that are for the good
of mankind nor are they always experiments
of science in the nations best interest.

What aren't they telling us about these
type of experiments? Could it be the fact
that this is not just about
" satellite-damaging space radiation", but
higher radiation levels in our atmosphere
that they don't want us to be aware of?
I would suspect to control in or around
the belts, that control would need a strength
of something as strong as radiation elements of
"electron and ion temperatures and electron densities" in which to control the well defined
volumes of fields of which they are aiming
their THERMAL HEAT at. And it is THERMAL
heat.
Natural thermals are created by the uneven heating of the Earth's surface from solar radiation.
Thermal activation energy in the world of
physics is defined as
the energy that an atomic system must acquire before a process (such as an emission or reaction) can occur
An atomic system, one of its definitions is
Of or employing nuclear energy.

So my instincts tell me their is more experimenting going on up their other than
radiation that damages satellites and not
just radiation in space but radiation inside
of our atmosphere that this type of
production of constant radio waves has the
capacity to build up.

My instincts also tell me that something
more is going on considering their other location of an Observatory, the
first Incoherent Scatter facility in the world, in Lima Peru, was selected because of its proximity to the Geomagnetic
Equator. Especially considering the articles
inference to "Gakona is a particularly interesting location for HAARP, because “the Earth's magnetic field lines come down to Earth there. Norway has another one of these
Incoherent Scatter Facilities.
