WaterSource:

Simply Amazing !

The compact, along with a subsequent treaty with Mexico, requires Lake Powell to release 8.23 million acre-feet of water each year below Glen Canyon dam, no matter how much comes in. If the drought worsens, falling hydropower revenues also will shrink the revolving fund that contributes $50 million each year to environmental programs, including the endangered-fish recovery efforts.

The Bureau of Reclamation has been offered a NEW Source that will yield ONE MILLION acre feet a year that can solve many of the water shortage dillemas of the southwest PLUS be stored in Lakes Powell and Mead to insure future POWER GENERATION !

The Bureau of Reclamation has been GUARANTEED that development of the NEW Source will not damage the water rights of anyone, anywhere or the environment ! In fact, releases from storage of the NEW water for power purposes could also be utilized to permanently restore much of the Colorado River Delta.

The Bureau of Reclamation was notified of the NEW Source nearly five (5) years ago. The Bureau claims it can formulate no way for the NEW Source to be investigated and verified.

The NEW Source is as represented ...
