This is a shame. From 14 pictures, only the first and the last have something to do with environmental advances of the cars. How do you dare to group them all under the heading "Green Machines"?

This is outrageous.

I agree...doesn't have much to do w/ environmentally friendly cars. And how could they not have the Tesla Roadster in the article...100% electric w/ sportscar looks & performance =D

Laurentien:

Indeed, this special report is an insult to intelligence that we should not allow journalists from the IEEE to write. Here, there is too much at stake, this article puts IEEE's reputation on the line.

How can they continue to value machines like the Corvette or sime SUVs which are ridiculous with nowadays energy and environment problems.

They even value Biofuel which is now very controversial since it is impoverishing the developping countries.

Why is it that they do not talk serious green cars like :
- ZAP-X
- MVS Venturi Fetish
- Tesla
- SVE Cleanova
- Peugeot's hybrid car with diesel which is beating all the japanese cars.

It is because, they are mostly coming from outside the USA. Finally, this article is not international enough and values only cars that you can find in North America.

In terms of high-tech, I would have liked to see there the Citroen C6 which contains the latest and is really excellent.
